 What to Expect in the Final Exam

The official MTTC Social Studies (Secondary) exam is a computer-based assessment.

The exam consists of approximately 100 multiple-choice questions, which typically includes several "field-test" questions that do not count toward your final score.

You will have 2 hours and 45 minutes of actual testing time, plus additional time for a brief tutorial and completing the non-disclosure agreement.

To pass, you must achieve a scaled score of 220 or higher; scaled scores range from 100 to 300.
