What to Expect in the Final Exam

You can expect the Virginia Real Estate Salesperson Exam to be a computer-based, multiple-choice test. It is administered via PSI, a well-known third-party testing vendor.

The total time allotted for the combined exam is typically around 2.5 to 3 hours, although it is broken down by section (e.g., you are given a specific amount of time for the national part and a specific amount of time for the state part).
