The Level 1 Spirits course covers the fundamental principles of spirits. The syllabus is structured around three core learning outcomes.

The final assessment is a closed-book examination. This means you are not permitted to use any notes or course materials during the test. The exam paper consists of 30 multiple-choice questions.

You are required to achieve a minimum score of 70 per cent to pass. You will have a maximum of 45 minutes to complete the test. Every question is based directly on the published learning outcomes and recommended study materials. There is only one correct answer for each question, and no marks are subtracted for incorrect answers.
